  • Return Costs & Fees: All return shipping arrangements and costs are the customer’s responsibility. A £5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping and warranty costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Required: A valid return tracking code must be provided to their support team to process your refund.
